A storage tube for the "Star" antenna was therefore added to the rear wall of the tank, arrowed in this photo. I don't believe that the Border kit has this tube, although it does have four mounting points on the rear wall.

Following the set for the Panther, there will be also a set of antennas for the command version of the Tiger tank -including the VK45.01(p) The set includes the antenna bases, rear spare storage tube, insulating container and the tiny generator chimney.

The rear wall of the tank had 4 welded mounts for the "star" antenna storage tube. The tube was removed, but the mounts remained. This is a similar museum Tiger.
