Aug 17, 2016 · There is a simple diagram of the vacuum lines right under the hood, in the front, between the belt routing and the spark plugs info. Test the accumulator first by seeing if it holds a vacuum. Isolate it from everything else first. If that works OK then pull the selector switch and test the lines with a handheld vacuum pump.

Sep 17, 2015 · I'll keep searching for a vacuum line diagram while I wait for you guys to help straighten me out. It is for a later model CJ, but early model YJ with 4.2 is identical routing. Technically you have a PCV system, not a CCV. The PCV valve should be in the front valve cover port. The rear port is fresh air supply and would go to the air cleaner.

Apr 2, 2019 · One thing i can't find online that i can be certain for my Jeep is a vaccum line diagram. I didn't take any pictures of those when i took the 4.0 out of the parts Jeep i got. And most of the vaccum lines got either broken or cut at the last minute when pulling that motor.
