Sep 9, 2016 · I just flew with them where all Saga Class customers were huddled into the first three rows. No empty seats. The rest of the Saga Class seats in the three rows behind were dedicated to premium economy with everyone there having an empty seat next to them !!! I think that shows clearly how much importance Icelandair places on Saga Class.

Dec 5, 2023 · I fly Icelandair Business Class (Saga) and find it fine, especially given the pricing. I knew before I booked the seats were not lay flat, though so I never had an expectation of this. I like the gin menu and find the food as good as any airplane food (except manybe Turkishair!). It is about expectations.

For now, I guess the only way to really know is to pay the extra fee to book over the phone with an agent, or just book Economy Comfort or Saga, where the class is obvious.
