Jul 28, 2021 · The D6H is probably the model in the Cat tractor range that has the most (over 30) S/N prefixes. Series II came after Series I (which was never badged that way, just plain D6H) so would obviously be newer but that doesn't necessarily mean much, a machine of that age condition is more important than build year.

Oct 21, 2024 · The 259 is 2 heavy coats of just cat yellow out of a pressure pot with no hardener. Over cat yellow primer.It had plenty of flow inducators (as does most of my paint jobs) We in the future for all paintimg of cats will use the cat yellow with hardener and yellow primer. John deere yellow primer works just as well.

Oct 14, 2024 · Having trouble with my Cat backhoe 416C Serial #1WR09267 Started out not shifting into gear-when moving shifter on steering column. Had no problem starting engine. Now I can't get engine to start. When I turn the key the relay clicks under the steering wheel but nothing else. I did get it to start a couple of times but it would not move.

I have checked the transmission pump pressure and it is 375 at minimum throttle and 460 to 475 at high idle. Engine at operating temperature. Need help diagnosing the problem.

Look in your Parts Manual for 6D9000 - Transmission Tank & Lines. The screen is Ref #19 on the illustration, just to the left of the transmission tank. Nov 9, 2010 · When we got it back all rollers had "made in Italy" stickers on them. Within 20 hours they were all leaking oil!! Dealer would not make them good, so we replaced with CAT rollers. Now at 700 hrs. later It squeeks so bad you cant hear yourself think. The rails are worn out, sprockets shot, you name it! So guess where its going this winter? CAT ...

The 324D with the new dress won't be any different than the 324D that you saw (also addressing Countryboy's question), but is just the updated trade dress that will be common across all the company's products.
