Stellantis announced on Monday an internal overhaul aimed at simplifying its structure and speeding up processes, as the carmaker presses ahead with a reorganisation it started after former CEO Carlos Tavares left in December.

Antonio Filosa, currently serving as chief operating officer for Stellantis’ Americas regions, will now also oversee the global Quality division. His expanded role underscores the company’s focus on improving product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Alain Favey joins Stellantis and is appointed to lead the Peugeot brand. Xavier Peugeot is appointed to lead the DS Automobiles brand. Anne Abboud is appointed to lead Stellantis Pro One commercial vehicles unit.
