Maryland Gov. Wes Moore's third annual State of the State address focusing on three pillars that largely all have an impact on the state's economy. After announcing the new design for the replacement Francis Scott Key Bridge on Tuesday the governor expanded on his vision for the state's immediate and long-term outlook.
