The Liam Coen saga has concluded after an unprecedented back-and-forth between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Jacksonville Jaguars, as the former Bucs offensive coordinator has agreed to become the next head coach of the Jaguars after initially withdrawing his candidacy earlier in the week to return to his OC role in Tampa Bay.

The Buccaneers are hiring passing-game coordinator Josh Grizzard to that role for the 2025 season, according to a Friday afternoon report from Adam Schefter of ESPN. Grizzard, 34, replaces offensive coordinator Liam Coen—who left to become the Jacksonville Jaguars' head coach on Jan. 24.
