A jackpot-winning lottery ticket sold in Shelby, North Carolina, has been claimed by someone in a neighboring county, according to the N.C. Education Lottery. Devin Gullatte of Gaston County cashed in the Carolina Cash 5 ticket Monday, Feb. 3, four days after the Jan. 30 drawing, lottery officials said in a news release.

No tickets were sold matching all six numbers in Monday evening’s drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery. One ticket was sold matching five numbers, but not the Powerball, in Wisconsin, and it is worth $1 million.
