For most of its existence, the Skills Challenge was an individual event where players made their way through a basketball obstacle course as quickly as possible. In 2022, however, the NBA decided to turn it into a team competition, and this year, four teams of two will compete.

The Cavs become the first team to win the All-Star Skills Challenge twice since the event turned to a team format in 2022.

The contest came down to the Cavs vs. Warriors, a fitting matchup given the history between the two franchises.
