The Oklahoma City Thunder have seen Cason Wallace be named a rising star and on Tuesday, the NBA held the NBA Rising Stars Draft.

Oklahoma City Thunder second-year guard Cason Wallace was named to the NBA Rising Star Challenge. In his sophomore campaign, Wallace has an increased role for Mark Daigneault and the Thunder. And that work hasn’t gone unnoticed as he is heading to the 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend in San Francisco.

The NBA held its draft for the 2025 Rising Stars challenge. The Oklahoma City Thunder had an interest in learning where Cason Wallace went. He's OKC's sole representative for the mini-tournament filled with rookies, second-year players and G Leaguers.

The annual showcase of premier young talent, featuring a mini-tournament with four teams and three games, will air at 9 p.m. ET on TNT. The Castrol Rising Stars champion will earn a spot to play in the 2025 NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, Feb. 16 at 8 p.m. ET on TNT, according to NBA Communications.
