Billionaire Anil Agarwal-led Vedanta Limited has announced the outcome of the key shareholders and creditors meeting on its proposed demerger. Vedanta's equity shareholders along with both secured and unsecured lenders met on February 18 to discuss Vedanta's demerger plan and vote on it.
