Voters in the Bray-Doyle School District will vote on a proposition for $1.02 million to improve the middle school.

Judge Richard Caretti will indicate at that sentencing whether he is accepting the deal. If he rejects it and wants to sentence him to a longer term, Xavier Fuggerson could withdraw his plea.
