Federal health agencies have restored several webpages and datasets, following a judge's order to bring back public access to information that had been removed to comply with a presidential executive order.

Doctors had sued over the removal and modification of data in response to order to scrub references to “gender ideology.”

The decision by U.S. District Judge John Bates, a George W. Bush appointee, came after a testy Monday afternoon hearing.

The judge concluded that the harm in this case ultimately trickles down to “everyday Americans” seeking doctors’ care.
