Veteran defensive end Maxx Crosby is one of the best in the National Football League. The Raiders may not want to move him, but they could get a legitimate return on their investment if they did.

The Raiders' hiring of Pete Carroll has Maxx Crosby pumped up -- even more than usual. The star defensive end said this week on SiriusXM’s "Let’s Go" podcast with Jim Gray that his mentality matches Carroll’s.
