Rain will become heavy overnight into Sunday morning, accompanied by gusty southerly winds. This will warm temperatures into the lower 50s by Sunday afternoon. An Alert Day may be needed for Sunday due to heavy rainfall, which, combined with melting snow, could lead to minor flooding concerns.

Another winter storm will bring a period of snow, rain and mixed precipitation to Connecticut this weekend, before bitter cold sets in early next week.

Starting Tuesday, February 11, 2025, a wintry mix of freezing rain, sleet and snow will be possible across northeast Oklahoma and parts of northwest Arkansas.
