Rodgers joined the Jets after he was traded from the Packers in April 2023. In his first game with the team, the quarterback suffered a torn Achilles tendon that took him out for the entire season, much to the disappointment of the team's fans.

It's safe to say the Rodgers experiment in New York has failed, but the state of the franchise is in much worse shape now than it was prior to the veteran quarterback's arrival. Unfortunately for owner Woody Johnson and Co., the organization has nobody to blame but themselves.

The Jets sent a package of draft picks to the Packers in April 2023 to acquire Rodgers. The hope was that the four-time MVP and future Hall of Famer could provide the franchise with a culture change and elevate the team out of its losing ways.
