Prayagraj (UP), Jan 25 (ANI): Unique conch shell, weighing about 11 kg, became the centre of attraction for the devotees coming to the Maha Kumbh 2025 in Uttar Pradesh’s Prayagraj.

A video showing a man blowing a shankh (conch shell), while others could be seen with their hands joined on a decorated platform, is being shared as recent visuals from the 2025 Maha Kumbh Mela.

But conch snails defy these expectations with eyesight as good as some vertebrates. These marine snails combine exceptional vision, protective shells, and acrobatic leaping to evade deadly predators.
