Mike Vrabel has added another one of his former Tennessee Titans assistants to his New England Patriots coaching staff. According to multiple reports, the Patriots are hiring Clinton McMillan to their defensive staff.

Vrabel hired McMillan in 2021 as a defensive assistant where he primarily worked with Titans outside linebackers. In 2022, he worked as a defensive line assistant coach alongside Williams, who was named the Patriots defensive coordinator. McMillan continued to work with Titans defensive lineman in 2023.

The New York Giants hold the third overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft and are, by many accounts, expected to be out of luck when it comes to landing one of the top two quarterbacks in this year's class.
