This comes a day ahead of voting in Delhi on Wednesday, where Kejriwal is aiming to return to power as chief minister in the results to be announced on Saturday.

A case has been registered against former Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal and other members of the AAP at Shahabad police station on the directions of the court.

Arvind Kejriwal levelled serious allegations against the Bharatiya Janata Party, stating that the BJP-ruled Haryana government has poisoned the Yamuna water supplied to Delhi so that people die and the blame comes on the AAP.

The BJP has strongly criticised him for his remark, accusing him of spreading panic among the people of Delhi and Haryana with misleading claims.
