Patriots fans are understandably excited that Patriots Hall of Famer and former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel became New England's new head coach, but as one insider has pointed out, he doesn't come without some concerns.

Mike Vrabel's new coaching staff is an almost total break from the past with a new and different approach. Vrabel is not a branch of the Belichick coaching tree. He's planting his own sapling, and it will be fun to watch it flourish.
