Downtown Denver and the Denver International Airport are forecast to see 3 to 6 inches of snowfall by 5 p.m. Wednesday, National Weather Service forecasters said.

An updated winter weather advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Monday at 4:33 p.m. valid from Tuesday 7 p.m. until Wednesday 7 a.m. for Lower Bucks.

A low-pressure system is expected to pass well south of Massachusetts on Tuesday night, bringing little to no snowfall for much of the state. But the Bay State won’t be shut out entirely. National Weather Service forecasters say the islands could see an inch of snow, while Cape Cod and the South Coast should get a light coating.
