Ben Johnson is quickly building his first coaching staff as the Bears head coach, and he's poaching from a few other teams in the process.  The Bears are working to finalize a deal with Lions receivers coach Antwaan Randle El to be their new assistant head coach/wide receivers coach,

Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson is hard at work putting together his coaching staff, adding some big names to the mix on Friday.

Randle El, a product of Thornton Township High School, has spent the last four seasons coaching star receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown.

The interview was scheduled for Jan. 11. The Detroit Lions were deep into their postseason bye week and still awaiting their divisional-round opponent. But offensive coordinator Ben Johnson was multitasking.
