It was open when we went last May. The end of the road at Iao valley may still be closed though. The county has really taken their time fixing the area.
Can someone confirm or deny that Kepaniwai park & Heritage gardens in open or still closed. The last post said it was going to open April 10, but I don't see confirmation of that on the Maui county parks web site.
