Visited in early November. Lovely park in New Rochelle with great walking/running paths. No restrictions to non-Westchester residents. Large parking lot. No admission or parking fees.Full review by Jemlnlx

It's a nice park, though I agree the upkeep could be better and to pay $10.00 for parking after 5PM on a Sunday afternoon was ludicrous. Go during the week when they don't charge a parking fee.Full review by F1572MJelizabethp
